About Me

Keeping Up With Your Dental Care

In the past, I often worked late into the evening. When I finally arrived home, I usually went straight to bed. I didn't eat, shower, or brush my teeth. Because of my lack of good oral care, I developed tooth decay and gum disease. By the time I sought dental care, it was too late. I lost several of my teeth to cavities and gum infection. My dentist educated me on why it's important to brush and floss, even when you're short on time. Although I'll never get my teeth back, I can still work hard to protect the ones I have left. I want to share what I learned with you through this blog. I discuss why it's important to maintain good oral hygiene and what happens if you don't. I also offer valuable information about other dental problems that might pertain to you. Good luck and thanks.
